Operating Instruction
1.Turning on the Metal Detector.Press the “ON/OFF” key to turn on the metal detector, The battery indicator indicates the charge level of the battery.
2.How to Detect Meal Object in All-Metal Mode
(1)Press the “SELECT” key until there is a signal shows under the “ALL-METAL” mark which is just above the display.Now the detector is in All-Metal mode.
(2)Ground Balance Adjustment
Tip: If the ground balance reading is set too slow,the “CRITICALVOICES” knob may be disabled or other problem may occur.If this happens,you should increase the ground balance readingto solve the problem.
(3)Detecting Metal Object in All-Metal Mode
Tip: The number of the displayed level indicator bars is affected by many factors,such as the size,composition and depth of the metallic object(s).in addition,electrical interference,soil humidity and interference from nearby metallic object can also affect the display of level indicator bars.
3.How to Detect Metal Object in Non-Ferrous Metal Mode
4.Turning on or off the Backlight
Whether in All-Metal mode or in Non-Ferrous Metal mode,you can presee and hold down the “SELECT” key for about 2secs to turn on or off the backlight.
5.Using Earphone
Just insert the plug of the earphone into the earphone socket on the right side of the control box,the loudspeaker will be disabled
automatically.
6.Turning off the Detector
When finish the metal detection,press the “ON/OFF” key to turn off the detector. Charging The Battery
(1)Turn off the detector.Insert the DC output plug of the supplied charger into the charging socket on the near of the control box.
Plug the charger to a standard as outlet,make sure your local line voltage is appropriate for the charger.
(2)The LED on the charger lights red indicating that charging is on going;When the LED lights green,the battery has been fully charged.Remove the charger from the detector and then from the outlet.
