- Insert the blank new key into your car’s ignition keyhole.
- Turn on the ignition switch.
- Connect the SBB 16-pin interface to your car’s OBD2 diagnostic port.
- Follow the on-screen instructions displayed on the SBB device.
The SBB PRO2 Key Programmer programs keys based on the car model—it does not clone keys. Simply connect the SBB 16-pin interface to the OBD2 port, read the immobilizer PIN code from the car’s immobilizer dump/EEPROM, and write it to the new blank key. Note: Programming Ford vehicles does not require a PIN code.
