How to Use the Toyota G Chip and Lexus Smart Key Maker
Please try to use an ordinary programmer to read 93C66/93C46/93C86 data, then follow the steps below:
- Remove the ECU security module and install the 93C66 EEPROM IC into the programmer at the position corresponding to your Toyota model.
- Connect the USB cable to the computer, then switch to the Toyota-G position. The indicator light for the 93C66 position will flash slowly, indicating it has entered the correct state.
- Click the touch switch at the corresponding position. The indicator light will begin flashing rapidly and turn off after a few seconds, indicating a successful operation.
- Reinstall the 93C66 into the ECU security module and reinsert the vehicle’s anti-theft module. Insert the first key—the anti-theft module indicator light will turn off. Remove the key, then insert the second key. Once the indicator light turns off again, the vehicle can be started directly. No synchronization is required—making the process convenient and quick.
How to Use the Lexus Key Programmer
Note: Match one IC at a time, in any order, and do not remove the key from the sensing area during the process.
- Remove the ECU IMMO module and install the 93C46 EEPROM IC into the programmer at the position corresponding to your Toyota model.
- Connect the USB cable to the computer, then switch to the Lexus Key functional position. The LED for the 93C46 position will flash slowly to indicate readiness. Place the key into the induction coil.
- Press the touch switch at the corresponding position. The indicator light will flash momentarily and turn off after a few seconds, confirming successful initialization. Reinstall the EEPROM IC into the ECU security module and replace the vehicle’s anti-theft module.
Attention
Z-type machines: simply clean the IC pins with alcohol and place them within the transposon. H-type machines: select the IC solder pads on the corresponding position.
