Function

The Yanhua BMW F/G Chassis Odometer Wiring Harness connects to the odometer and provides power through a dedicated wiring harness. To activate the instrument cluster and view the mileage, press the wake-up button located in the lower left corner of the Odometer.

Operation Instructions

When resetting an odometer that requires simulator chip replacement and filter installation, follow this sequence:

1. First, reset the simulator chips.
2. Then, use the Yanhua BMW F/G Chassis Odometer Wiring Harness to power up the odometer and verify successful resetting.
3. After confirmation, install the filter.
4. Once the filter is installed, use the wiring harness again to light up the odometer and ensure it displays normally.
5. Finally, reinstall the odometer into the vehicle.

This method helps prevent common issues such as a blank screen, failure to illuminate, or appearance of a red dot after reinstallation.
